Potatoes - Red

Suitable for:
Potato Wedges,Jacket Potatoes,Chip

Serves 2

2-3 medium potatoes e.g. Maris Piper
1 tbsp oil
2 x 250g sirloin steaks
130g bag mixed salad leaves
2 tbsp French dressing
tsp black & red pepper blend or crushed black peppercorns

1.Preheat oven to 200o C, gas mark 6.
2.Cut the peeled potatoes into chips. Place in medium sandwich bag with oil & shake well to coat.
3.Transfer to non-stick baking tray. Bake for 20 mins until golden.
4.When cooked, sprinkle over the pepper blend to evenly coat chips.
5.Meanwhile, brush steaks with little oil & griddle or fry for 2-3 mins each side then set aside.
6.Mix salad with dressing. Arrange steak & chips on the salad.
Chip Tip:
For an ultra quick turn around, lose the dressing & the pepper mix
